Each physical tag gets a unique QR URL. The owner manages the pet's editable recovery profile.

Finder scans QR
A phone camera opens the browser-based profile. No app download is required for the finder.

Owner is contacted
The finder can call/text approved contacts. If enabled, scan alerts can notify the owner.
