Scan the QR code
Open your phone camera, point it at the QR code, and open the recovery-profile link. No app or sign-in is required.

Call or text the contacts
Use the direct Call Owner or Text Owner actions. If needed, contact the listed backup contact too.
If you cannot reach anyone
Keep the pet somewhere safe if you can do so safely. A local veterinarian or animal shelter may be able to check for a microchip and advise you on the next step.
